Welcome to Ink & Peony! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. License and Usage Rights
All materials provided through this platform—such as handouts, assessments, lesson plans, unit plans, and blog content—are the intellectual property of Ink & Peony and are licensed, not sold.
• Your subscription grants you a non-transferable, single-user license for personal, classroom use only.
• Materials may not be shared, posted publicly, resold, or distributed beyond your own classroom (physical or virtual) without written permission.
2. Subscription Access and Content Availability
• Basic and Premium subscribers receive access to specific tiers of content as described on our pricing page.
• Content may be released gradually (e.g., weekly uploads or monthly unit plans) and is not guaranteed to be available for immediate full download upon subscribing.
• Ink & Peony reserves the right to modify, archive, or rotate content periodically.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.
• Upon cancellation, access to all subscriber content and blog features will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
4. User Conduct and Fair Use
To protect our creator community and maintain platform integrity:
• Excessive downloading or attempts to scrape, bulk-copy, or replicate content may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• We reserve the right to monitor usage and investigate accounts showing suspicious activity.
5. Community Spaces (Premium Tier)
Premium members may access a group blog or discussion forum. All users must:
• Be respectful of diverse viewpoints
• Avoid spamming, advertising, or posting unauthorized resources
• Refrain from sharing subscriber-only content in public forums
6. Intellectual Property Protection
We take content protection seriously. Any violations—including unauthorized redistribution, resale, or mass sharing of our materials—may result in:
• Account termination
• Legal action, including copyright claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
7. Changes to Terms
Ink & Peony reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
